ASCN UK Stoma Care Nurse of the Year

The ASCN UK is delighted to announce that nominations have now opened for the Philip Salt Award – ASCN UK Stoma Care Nurse of the Year.

Do you know an outstanding Stoma Care Nurse who has excelled in the last 12 months and deserves to be honoured by their colleagues? If they have raised the profile of their specialism, made a significant contribution to stoma care, enhanced patient experience, advocated for patient issues, or demonstrated innovation in service delivery, follow the steps below to nominate them for the Philip Salt Award:

1. Fill out the nomination form on https://ascnuk.org/ascn-awards-2024/
2. Include a summary of up to 500 words advising the committee on why you think this person should be chosen and how they have fulfilled the criteria stated here
3. Then attach any additional information as supportive evidence to your nomination

The announcement of the winner and presentation of the award will be made at the ASCN UK & WCET® Joint Congress (28th Sept-1st Oct 2024 in Glasgow, Scotland).
